Novum Bank becomes Bank DiMare

Following regulatory approval, Novum Bank has officially changed its legal entity name to Bank DiMare Limited. The change applies to the Bank's legal entity only and does not affect its products, services or customer relationships. Existing customer accounts and agreements remain unchanged, and product brands, including Cashper, Extra Karte and the Bank's retail deposit products, continue to operate under their existing names. The name change reflects the Bank's updated corporate identity while ensuring continuity for customers, partners and stakeholders.
